We have sessions available at 6.10am, 7.10am, 8.10am, 9.30am, 10,30am, 12.15pm, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm during the week plus Saturday and Sunday mornings at 8am, 9am and 10am. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.
